Social Worker - £33,291 - £40,728 per annum (£42,684 unconsolidated maximum through performance related progression) 

 

Assistant Team Manager -  £39,774 - £47,511 per annum (£49,464 unconsolidated maximum through performance related progression) 

 

Team Manager -  £48,492 - £56,682 per annum (£58,779 unconsolidated maximum through performance related progression)

 

Children's recruitment and retention measures:

  • £1,000 welcome bonus for Social Workers (if appointed at scale point 38 and above), Advanced Practitioners, Assistant Team Managers and Team Managers

  • Annual retention payments of up to £3000 for Social Workers (if appointed at scale point 38 and above), Advanced Practitioners, Assistant Team Managers and Team Managers
